Today I published the third edition of my 2014 book, ” The CUTGroup: Civic User Testing Group as a New Model for UX Testing, Digital Skills Development, and Community Engagement in Civic Tech.
The book included a new preface calling for systems of deep listening and qualitative user research to deployed en masse in order to be of any use.
