As we close out the year, here’s a rundown of active projects we’re working on in the month of December:
Civic Site Service
- Customize the Mod WIP Report for a large new customer that has a specific accounting methodology. Since CSS is based in the powerful Microsoft GP accounting software, we’re able to make these adjustments quickly
- Launch CSS Classic Mobile, our feature-rich legacy mobile app, to more than 120 mechanics at two new servicers
- Conduct training for 30 new mod and repair mechanics at our largest customer, expanding our utility
- Launching service tickets on CSS Mobile, our new app based in a modern infrastructure
UpVate
- Launching support for the storage of user-specific credentials for third-party compliance systems
- Improve sync function to account for lag in reporting of deficiencies
- Create new workflows in UpVate Controller Massachusetts to account for regulatory changes around fire safety
